Position Summary:
This role involves operating a multi-station gravure coater to ensure the production of high-quality products that meet specified standards. The operator will be responsible for start-up and in-process testing, conducting regular inspections, and performing routine maintenance on machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate gravure coating machinery.
  • Conduct visual inspections of materials and products.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines.
  • Maintain accurate production records and handle materials as required.
  • Participate in cross-training for additional equipment as needed.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a stable work history, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to safety and quality. Candidates must successfully complete a post-offer drug screening and background check.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in industrial machine operation and troubleshooting preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as necessary.
  • Physical capabilities include frequent lifting and carrying of materials up to 35 lbs, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
