  • Creating work schedules for Associates and Warehouse Personnel.
  • Ensuring inventory accuracy and management.
  • Adhering to sound business practices consistently.
  • Performing additional duties as required.
Compensation
Expected first-year income ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 at target performance.

Qualifications
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail management.
  • Prior sales experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and inspire a sales team.
  • A strong work ethic with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, commission-driven sales environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow through independent study and constructive feedback.
