Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Studio Manager to join our team in Greenwich, CT. As a key member of our sales and community development team, you will play a crucial role in driving new membership sales, retaining current members, and fostering community involvement.
Responsibilities- Drive the sales process, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Book and confirm introductory appointments.
- Manage the front desk, greeting and checking in clients and prospects.
- Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and addressing individual needs.
- Maintain a high level of personal sales production.
- Promote and present available services to prospective and current members.
- Achieve monthly sales quotas and follow up with leads.
- Participate in special events and community outreach to promote the studio.
- Collaborate with Sales Associates and Lead Flexologists to achieve sales goals.
- Ensure the studio is clean and organized.
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail.
- Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system.
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours a day.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Pay range: $20 - $22 per hour.
- Commission on sales.
