Pilates Reformer Instructor

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pilates Reformer Instructor to join our team at Life Time. As a Pilates Reformer Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Pilates training sessions to our members, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our Pilates programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safe and effective Pilates programs for members of all fitness levels
• Lead Pilates training sessions on the Reformer, ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment
• Conduct fitness consultations to assess members' needs and create personalized Pilates programs
• Promote and sell Pilates programs and services to members, including private and group classes
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Maintain accurate records of member progress and program participation
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Pilates instruction

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
• 1 year of experience in Pilates instruction or a related field
• Certification in Pilates instruction, such as STOTT Pilates or Pilates Method Alliance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• CPR and AED certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fitness or wellness environment
• Knowledge of Pilates program design and implementation
