Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and Develop Care Plans: Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Administer Medications and Treatments: Safely administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and Record Vital Signs: Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information to ensure accurate and timely care.
  • Provide Wound Care and Interventions: Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed to promote healing and comfort.
  • Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team: Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery and address the complex needs of our residents.

Qualifications

  • Valid State License: Possess a valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
