Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct therapy services to students.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders among students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to address each student's specific communication needs and goals.
  • Direct Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, using evidence-based practices.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom and support students' academic success.
  • Progress Monitoring and Documentation: Monitor student progress, document therapy sessions, and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Massachusetts state license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience: Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations preferred.
