Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Ceramic Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at Wise Staffing Group. This role is responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and supervising a team of hourly employees.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary range of $65,000-$85,000 based on experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the ceramic industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee daily operations, including line setup, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
  2. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality control procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  3. SUPERVISE AND TRAIN TEAM MEMBERS TO ACHIEVE EXPECTED LEVELS OF SAFETY, QUALITY, AND PRODUCTIVITY
  4. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  5. Maintain accurate records, reports, and data analysis.
  6. Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and coaching.
  7. Lead investigations into incidents or injuries and implement corrective actions.
