Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. As an expert in tires and auto services, you will build strong relationships with customers, achieve sales goals, and ensure seamless transactions. You will also stay up-to-date with products, services, warranties, and maintenance issues to provide informed recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and revenue growth
- Provide expert advice on tires and auto services to customers
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and customer interactions
- Foster a positive and professional atmosphere by adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in tire and auto sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and issues
