We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join our team at Dialysis Clinic, Inc. Our mission is to provide individualized care to patients with chronic kidney disease, and we are looking for individuals who share our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities- Provide care to patients with end-stage renal disease, supporting clinical staff throughout the dialysis treatment process.
- Actively participate in infection control, risk management, and patient education activities.
- Guide new patients through a 120-day education plan, ensuring they understand their treatment options and care requirements.
- Monitor patients during dialysis, documenting changes and informing the charge nurse of any concerns.
- Perform laboratory work, including obtaining and recording patient vital signs and machine readings.
- Maintain professional working relationships, observing patient privacy and rights.
- Paid 12-week training with a preceptor.
- Competitive pay, ranging from $18.00 to $25.45 per hour, depending on healthcare experience.
