Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Tire Professional to join our team in Bloomington, Minnesota. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for installing new tires and wheels, performing routine maintenance tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Install new tires and wheels using industry-standard procedures
  • Perform tire rotations, balancing, repairs, and cleaning as needed
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues
  • Provide accurate quotes and explain services to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tire installation and maintenance
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
