We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a reputable local food manufacturing company in Cincinnati, OH.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing production equipment to ensure seamless operations. This includes performing preventive maintenance, updating, repairing, optimizing, and installing equipment essential to our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise and ensure prompt repairs
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment in adherence to stringent safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety standards
  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and strictly follow GMP guidelines
  • Perform welding and other maintenance tasks as required
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably with food processing equipment
  • Strong skills in pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems, including PLCs and VFDs
  • Welding proficiency and excellent troubleshooting abilities
  • Valid driver's license and attention to detail
