Job Overview

As a member of our team, you will serve and safeguard a high-profile healthcare customer, ensuring the safety and security of staff, members, and visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, detecting and preventing suspicious activity
  • Patrol the premises to identify and address potential security threats, hazards, and unusual activity
  • Provide customer service in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitors
  • Screen members, visitors, and client employees to expedite their admittance to the facility
  • Respond to emergencies, including fires, medical emergencies, and inclement weather, with calm urgency
  • May also include patient escort, patient watch, and assisting with deceased transport to the morgue
Requirements
  • Prior work experience involving customer service, troubleshooting, and managing stressful situations
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen
  • Licensing requirements may be necessary prior to employment, depending on state and local laws
  • Post-offer, must be able to successfully complete training and obtain a Management of Aggressive Behavior certification
