Job Summary

The Senior Technician position is a key role in our team, requiring a high level of technical expertise and leadership skills. As a Senior Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, mentoring junior technicians, and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning, and computer systems.
  • Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
  • Assist fellow technicians in performing technical activities and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain Federal, State, and Local certification and licensure where applicable.
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical individuals and provide clear explanations of diagnoses and repairs.
