Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Kitchen and Bath Design Consultant to join our team at Famous Supply. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, designing and selecting products for kitchen and bathroom projects, and processing customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and helpful customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
  • Use ProKitchen CAD program to create accurate and detailed project layouts
  • Quote projects and process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
  • Travel to customer job sites to take field measurements as needed
Requirements
  • Plumbing and/or kitchen cabinetry knowledge and experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to use computer software and technology
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education in Interior Design or Space Planning
  • Experience using ProKitchen or 20/20 computer programs
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
