Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Paragould, AR. As a speech therapist, you will provide assessment, treatment, and support for students with communication disorders.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluation and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough evaluations and implement effective treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success and provide individualized support to meet their unique needs.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly document progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure students receive the best possible care.
Qualifications:
  • Education and Licensure: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Arkansas licensure required for SLPs; Associate's degree and Arkansas licensure required for SLPA.
  • Experience: School-based experience is preferred but not necessary.
