Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Field Administrator to provide technical support for our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring new systems, and maintaining existing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for multiple facilities, including software functionality, data communication, and network troubleshooting
  • Support end-users with computer-related concerns through on-site and remote mechanisms
  • Perform system upgrades, new system setup, configuration, and installation
  • Install and configure software for various computer applications and programs
  • Maintain and support existing systems, including LANs, network cabling, and network communication protocols
  • Ensure PC protection packages are in place and operating appropriately
  • Prioritize production-critical issues and escalate to technical staff as needed
  • Develop and maintain facility network diagrams and project plans
  • Work with PRS personnel, I.T. staff, and vendors on business-critical projects
  • Assist with server-based application maintenance and WAN maintenance
Requirements
  • Information Technology related degree or equivalent experience
  • Network experience, including LAN, network cabling, and network protocols
  • System configuration, maintenance, and support experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products, including Office 365
  • Microsoft Server experience
  • Proven organization and communication skills
  • Ability to travel, work remotely, and independently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Application development and support experience
  • ServiceNow ITSM and ITIL experience
  • Familiarity with Linux
  • WAN experience
  • SAN experience
  • VM Ware experience
  • CAD/CAM application experience
