As a key member of our Electrified Propulsion System Development (ePSD) department, you will be responsible for developing and testing electrified propulsion systems for Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the growth of the engineering group's capabilities for production vehicle and new technology development.
- Lead the execution of the engineering group's goals and objectives through to successful completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement electrified propulsion systems.
- Perform engineering activities related to development or identification of new technologies, strategies, and methods for improving the fuel economy and performance of current and future Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis production hybrid and battery electric vehicles.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of automotive engineering experience.
- Experience teaching and mentoring mid and entry-level engineers.
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
