COVID-19 Field Medical Staff

IntelyCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a COVID-19 Field Medical Staff. As a RN with IntelyCare, you will have the flexibility to choose your own shifts at our partner facilities, while still enjoying the benefits and professional support of W2 employment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care in post-acute facilities, such as SNFs and ALFs
- Administer individualized treatments and medications to residents
- Develop care plans in conjunction with residents and medical teams
- Set up medical equipment and monitor their use
- Go over care options with residents and family members
- Meet and consult with physicians and other healthcare staff as needed
- Draw blood, urine, and other fluid samples for lab work
- Ensure nursing standards and facility policies are met
- Accurately document interventions and medical condition histories
- Help with investigations into incidents, ensuring they're reported accurately
- Train nursing staff and supervise them
- Completion of an approved nursing program
- At least 4 months' experience in either post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings
- Eligibility for health, vision, and dental benefits (for qualifying family members)
- Hazard pay and bonus pay for travel, overtime, and holidays
