Responsibilities- Provide daily personal care to residents, ensuring their dignity and comfort
- Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents' rooms, promoting a clean and safe environment
- Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices to prevent falls and injuries
- Record vital signs and other information as assigned, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Observe residents and report any changes in condition, ensuring prompt attention and care
- Current Nursing Certification from the state
- Current/active CPR certification
