- Maintain and clean the donation area, including the trailer/pod, at the beginning and end of each shift
- Assist donors in receiving donated items and provide receipts
- Manage reports and paperwork as instructed by Supervisor
- Separate and sort donated materials into proper containers and stack them as instructed
- Assist TSA PA/Drivers with loading donations onto trucks as needed
- Inform Supervisor of needed items prior to running out
- Secure and lock the donation trailer/pod at the end of each shift
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Pass a background check, including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry
- Ability to read, write, and understand written and verbal instructions
- Effective communication skills with management, colleagues, customers, and donors
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis
- Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, clothing carts, merchandise carts, rolling clothing racks, fixtures, furniture dollies, platform trucks and carts, hand trucks, and miscellaneous carts
- Ability to move product up to 75lbs
- Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks
- Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
