Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a seamless stay experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Registering guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
  • Providing information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Maintaining accurate records and handling guest requests and complaints
  • Working effectively in a team environment to ensure excellent guest service
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel operations
