Position Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Personal tools required for repair tasks.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or technical certification is preferred.
  • A strong grasp of electrical and hydraulic systems.
  • Welding experience is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Experience:
Additional qualifications that are highly regarded include:

  • Experience with Frac Transmissions, including disassembly and assembly/rebuild.
  • Proficiency in welding fabrication techniques, including arc welding and MIG welding.
  • Technical knowledge of hydraulic pumps, valves, and motors.
