Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative and dynamic environment. As a Medical Nurse Specialist, you will have the ability to float between various units and departments within the hospital, allowing you to gain diverse experience and skills.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the patient and family advocate, ensuring confidentiality and privacy at all times
  • Facilitate patient care through thorough assessments and diagnoses, working collaboratively with healthcare teams
  • Develop and implement plans of care, focusing on continuous improvement and excellence in patient outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida or the ability to obtain licensure prior to start
  • At least 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred, but can be obtained within 6 months of hire
