About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Oral Surgeon or Dentist to join our mission of creating happy, healthy smiles and supporting underserved families across the nation.

We strive to create over a million smiles a year in the communities we serve, providing quality, affordable dental care to those who need it most.

In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional oral surgery services with precision and empathy, focusing on extractions and enhancing our community's dental health.

You will uphold our high standards of integrity, including strict adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.

Requirements
  • A DDS/DMD from a CDA-accredited dental education program.
  • Completion of a CDA-accredited Oral Surgery Residency or substantial oral surgery experience.
  • A valid dentistry license in the state of practice (or eligibility for licensure).
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 - $250,000 per annum, plus additional benefits that include:
