THE LASH LOUNGE is seeking several enthusiastic and professional Eyelash Artistry Technicians for our upscale salon. The ideal candidate will have outstanding client service abilities and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough client consultations prior to service application and document notes in client records
Manage appointment scheduling for services
Deliver high-quality procedures and applications to clients
Guide clients through the service experience and assist with follow-up appointments
Communicate and clarify aftercare instructions to clients
Address client concerns that may arise during or after services
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Oversee inventory management and report needs to senior staff
Ensure proper sanitization of all tools and equipment
Contribute to the overall cleanliness of the salon, including common areas
Promote salon services at events and perform services as needed

Perform semi-permanent eyelash extensions, volume eyelash extensions, lash and brow tinting, eyelash perming, facial threading, makeup application, and permanent makeup procedures.

Complete all required training programs
Fulfill additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Active Florida Cosmetology/Esthetics License is mandatory
Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism
Strong verbal communication and listening abilities
Comfortable educating clients about products and services
Demonstrated work ethic, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to engage and retain clients
Proficient in upselling products and services
Professional appearance and demeanor
Positive attitude and outgoing personality
Enjoys working with people and building relationships
Passionate about the beauty industry
Collaborative team player who supports colleagues
Proactive in identifying tasks and assisting others
Committed to continuous learning and self-improvement.

Ability to perform semi-permanent eyelash extensions, volume eyelash extensions, lash and brow tinting, eyelash perming, facial threading, and permanent makeup procedures.

Ability to pass a background check
Complete all required training programs
Must obtain blood pathogen and CPR training; proprietary training will be provided for all services.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in eyelash extensions, lash and brow tinting, eyelash perming, facial threading, and permanent makeup procedures
