Job Summary

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to support the educational and mental health needs of elementary-aged students in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' cognitive, emotional, and social strengths and challenges.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based intervention strategies to promote students' academic success and mental well-being.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create and monitor individualized support plans that cater to students' diverse needs.
  • Provide counseling and support services to students experiencing behavioral or emotional challenges, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Offer professional development and guidance to school staff on psychological best practices and interventions, enhancing the overall educational experience.
Qualifications
  • Must be a licensed School Psychologist with a strong background in assessment, counseling, and communication.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students is preferred, but not required.
