Detailed Responsibilities
  • Responsible for monitoring, measuring, and modifying processes and procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Oversee the administrative team, including hiring, managing, coaching, training, developing, and disciplining staff to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks, including journal entries, PO processing, billing/invoicing, and reconciliation of accounts.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in financial operations or management.
  • Working knowledge of basic refrigeration and/or commercial refrigeration and HVAC is preferred.
  • Strong background in management/supervisory function, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business ledgers, financial statements, etc.
