About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our team at BRIA. As a nurse supervisor, you will be responsible for the resident care of your unit, supervising activities performed by nursing assistants and other nurses, charting and maintaining documentation for residents, preparing and administering medications, and developing a positive working rapport with all team members.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the nursing team to ensure high-quality resident care.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing assistants and other nurses to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive resident records.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher.
- Current, valid nursing license in Florida.
- Current CPR certification.
- At least three years of experience in long-term care.
