Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is actively seeking dedicated Registered Nurses for a prominent medical organization. This role mandates 100% ONSITE presence and is structured as a contract-to-hire opportunity.


Work Schedule:

Upon commencement, the working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with no weekend shifts required.


Compensation:

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $32 to $38, contingent upon experience, educational background, geographic location, and other relevant factors.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring adherence to established therapeutic standards and clinical guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for patient care, including physician orders, referrals, and prior authorizations.
  • Educate patients on their care, including medication administration and treatment protocols.
  • Thoroughly review patient charts and verify that all health information is complete and accurately recorded in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
  • Assist physicians with in-office procedures as required.
  • Monitor treatment progress and document patient responses in the EMR.
  • Review and update patient medication records to ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct telephone triage as necessary.
  • Foster a collaborative environment among healthcare teams through effective communication and participation in problem-solving initiatives.
  • Evaluate and revise nursing care plans based on patient progress and established goals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • Must possess a current RN license in the state of Arizona.
  • Prior experience in pediatrics is preferred.
