As a Stepdown Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring patients who are in critical condition and recovering from severe injuries, surgeries, or life-threatening illnesses. Your role will involve taking over from the previous shift and conducting thorough rounds to ensure patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities- Evaluate, plan, and implement nursing care while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Proactively identify and address the informational and emotional needs of patients and their families.
