Job Summary

Fusion HCR seeks a seasoned Reimbursement Director to lead our business office functions and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical billing management, particularly in multi-site facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient billing and collections procedures to maximize reimbursement.
  • Onboard and train new employees, as well as provide ongoing education to current staff.
  • Maintain systems and applications that support the organization's overall operations.
  • Lead by example and foster a culture of innovation and adaptability.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of medical billing management experience in a multi-site facility.
  • Proven track record of maximizing reimbursement and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage.
  • Experience with records management, coding, managed care, and A/R policies and processes.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team, with a focus on innovation and adaptability.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Matrixcare software.
