**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician to join our team in Fayetteville, AR. As a key member of our post-acute care team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of older adults in our community. Your primary responsibilities will include providing high-quality patient care and management services, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.

**Salary and Benefits:** Our compensation package includes an estimated annual salary range of $115,000 to $134,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401(k) matching, dental, health, life, and vision insurance, employee assistance program, flexible schedule, flexible spending account, health savings account, paid time off, parental leave, professional development assistance, referral program, relocation assistance, and retirement plan.

**Qualifications:** To be considered for this role, you must possess a psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP) or PA licensure, minimum of 6 months of direct psychiatric patient and prescription management experience, strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
