  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately document all patient interactions, procedures, and observations in the electronic medical record.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and other members of the care team.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations and provide immediate medical assistance as needed.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and facility policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Current LPN License: Possess a current LPN license in good standing.
