Branch Manager III Opportunity

American Heritage Credit Union, a leading financial institution, is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager III to lead our Lansdale branch. This is a key role that requires a strong leader to guide branch staff in delivering exceptional service to members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor branch staff to ensure quality service delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive branch growth and profitability
  • Manage branch operations, including account transactions, loan applications, and new account openings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least three years of branch management experience in a financial institution
  • Advanced knowledge of PC applications, including Microsoft Office and financial software
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a focus on motivating and developing team members
  • Availability to work branch hours, including evenings and weekends
