About the Job

As a Game Zone Host, you'll be the face of our Midway experience. You'll greet guests with a positive attitude, assist them with games and activities, and ensure they have an enjoyable time. Your strong communication skills will help you manage conflicts, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.


Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a smile and provide a warm welcome to our Midway experience.
  • Assist guests with games, answer questions, and make recommendations on menu items and games.
  • Manage conflicts and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, restocking merchandise and supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions. You should also be able to read and write handwritten notes, lift up to 30 pounds, and move about the facility for long periods.


Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $7.25 - $13.50 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and free games.
