About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for preparing patient visits by pulling charts and notes, assisting providers with basic medical care, and tracking lab results. Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing patient visits, including setting up medical equipment and cleaning instruments.
  • Answering phones and addressing patient inquiries.
  • Assisting providers with routine support and procedures.
  • Tracking lab results, calling in prescriptions, and handling administrative tasks.

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems.

About UsScheidler Medical Preferred offers a competitive salary and benefits package to its employees. The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000, depending on experience.
