About the Role

Vets Hired is seeking an experienced HRMS Analyst to join our team. As a key contributor to the implementation and support of Workday, this role will play a critical part in shaping the future of our human resources systems.

This position requires a candidate with a strong background in managing data and processes in HRIS systems, as well as a willingness to grow their skill set as additional functionality and employee populations are implemented.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day system support for Workday HCM, Benefits, Reporting, and Compensation
- Oversee administration of Workday business processes, ensuring best practices in system setup; manage corrections and ensure consistency
- Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to define business requirements, develop custom reports, and build appropriate reporting and metrics
- Lead data validation activities, including analysis, documentation, and conversion of current systems and data
- Monitor vendor interfaces, including integration points, interface processing, error identification, and resolution
- Implement business processes designed for a simple end-user experience and minimal errors, incorporating auditing controls for sustainability

Requirements:
- Demonstrated proficiency and experience with Workday Reporting, including matrix reporting and calculated fields
- Experience with outbound Workday integrations, XSLT development, and troubleshooting
