Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Lead and supervise a team of Behavior Technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional client outcomes
  • Collaborate with families to implement treatment plans and provide ongoing coaching and support
  • Participate in team meetings and training workshops to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Applicable state licensure
  • Experience working with children aged 2-10
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
