As an OTR Driver with B.A.H. Express, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including dental, life, medical, vision, and short-term disability benefits options. You will also have the opportunity to work from home every weekend, with no touch non-hazmat freight and no slip seating. Additionally, you will receive paid orientation every Tuesday and Thursday.

Driver Bonus Program:
  • DRIVERS THAT EXCEED *2851 Miles Reached Any Given Week @ .70 cpm
  • $1300. MINIMUM GUARANTEE PAY
  • $93,000 to $125, 000 Annually /w Weekly Mileage Bonus


We offer a competitive driver bonus program, with drivers who exceed 2851 miles reached any given week earning a bonus of .70 cpm. Additionally, drivers will receive a minimum guarantee pay of $1300, with the opportunity to earn up to $125,000 annually, including a weekly mileage bonus.
