Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our client's digital marketing efforts and drive business growth.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, managing the content schedule, and optimizing email marketing efforts through A/B testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead digital strategy execution, including content scheduling and email marketing optimization
  • Develop and execute successful omni-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Manage and optimize the company's eCommerce platform to enhance user experience and drive sales
  • Analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Supervise junior team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and coordinate with partners to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience, preferably in the supplement, health, or wellness industry
  • Proven track record in managing digital marketing campaigns with strong ROI, including experience with social media, eCommerce, email marketing, and corporate blog management
  • Skilled in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in team leadership or supervisory roles, with strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Deep understanding of DTC marketing strategies in the health and wellness sector, with knowledge of industry-specific regulations and market dynamics
