As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for printing, picking, packing, and processing shipments for our 3PL clients. This role requires the use of forklifts 30% of the time for picking and packing, and you must be able to lift 25 lbs without a team lift and utilize a team lift for everything heavier than 25 lbs. You will also be responsible for using a hand scanner for picking and packing orders, depending on the system and client. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a safe and clean workspace, work well in a diverse team, and effectively communicate with clients and teammates.

Responsibilities:

* Perform physical, operative, and clerical tasks associated with shipment printing, picking, packing, and processing
* Ensure accurate shipping information is attached and packages are shipped according to specified schedule
* Operate warehouse forklift in accordance with established procedures as needed to maintain the warehouse stock
* Quality Check (QC) the picked orders before packing the order to go out
* Successfully band and wrap skids in a timely manner for shipment
* Effectively communicate within the team as well as with the clients
* Verifies stock availability and replenishes as needed
* Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as business demands are deemed necessary
* Clean and tidy your assigned area of the warehouse
* Actively practice safe operation of forklifts/equipment
* Maintain product inventory accuracy

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* 1 year 3PL experience preferred
* WMS (warehouse management systems) and general computer skills
* Forklift Certification required
