Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team at Ambe Healthcare Staffing. As a Medical Surgical Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse
  • Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Schedule

This is a full-time position with a maximum of 7 days off per month. The schedule is blocked, but not guaranteed. You will be required to float to other departments as needed, including the ER and ICU, where you will be assigned Medical Surgical acuity patients. You may be required to work as a CNA/tech role in these departments.

Compliance and Aya Offer Information

Full compliance is required to start on time. If you are not compliant, the start date will be pushed back by 2 weeks due to our bi-weekly orientation schedule. Aya Offer is available if you meet specific facility requirements and have a clinical pass within RTO guidelines.
