About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide to join our team at Vinfen. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing daily routine and episodic daily nursing aide care to individuals with complex health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and provide support with personal care and hygiene
  • Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP) guidelines
  • Assist individuals to become more integrated into their communities and promote independence
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality care and services
  • Employ rehabilitation values, principles, and techniques to support individuals in achieving their goals
Requirements
  • Current C.N.A. certificate or H.H.A. Certificate valid in Massachusetts
  • Strong time management and writing skills
  • Ability to become CPR, First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment and MAP certified within 150 days of employment
  • Ability to pass a CORI, reference, national fingerprinting, CNA or H.H.A. certification, and driving record check
