Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Traveling Healthcare Nurse to join our team in the Med/Surg unit. As a Traveling Healthcare Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our experienced staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Requirements:
  • Active nursing license in good standing
  • BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
  • Current NIH certification
  • Experience with telemetry monitoring and post-Percutaneous Coronary Intervention
  • Preferred experience with chest tubes, NG tubes, wound vac, drains, post-dialysis assessment skills, central lines, and blood transfusions

The Med/Surg unit at Frankfort Regional Medical Center is a 173-bed acute care facility that has received numerous awards and accolades for its quality of care. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively to ensure the best possible outcomes.
