Job OpportunityCarthage Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team in Carthage, NY.

We are offering a competitive sign-on bonus

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Coordinating resident care services by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
  • Providing support to residents and families by establishing a compassionate environment
  • Communicating effectively with residents and staff by answering questions and requests
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations
  • Managing documentation of resident care services
  • Fostering a collaborative relationship among healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to direct a team
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Prescribing programs
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
