Position Overview
Community Health Network is actively seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Palliative Medicine Physician to become part of our dedicated and highly skilled palliative care team. Our team comprises four physicians, twelve Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs), five Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), five Registered Nurses (RNs), four Medical Assistants (MAs), and several supportive administrators across multiple hospitals and care sites. We emphasize teamwork, quality care, and are looking for a flexible, dynamic full-time physician to deliver patient care and consultative services, primarily in inpatient settings with opportunities for outpatient involvement.

About Community's Palliative Care Services:
Our Palliative Care program focuses on education, decision-making, and symptom management for patients facing complex challenges, including pain, psychological, and spiritual issues. Through our unique program, we aim to enhance care coordination and improve symptom management, allowing patients to concentrate on what truly matters in their lives.
Licensure & Certification Requirements:
Candidates must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
