The Role:
We are looking for a full-time/part-time Retail and Floral Associate to support our operations at our San Diego and Oceanside locations. This role involves managing daily tasks, acting as a product expert, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exemplify outstanding customer service standards through direct engagement and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
- Receive and organize new inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and back stock.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team on product displays and shop aesthetics.
- Coordinate logistics for corporate events, conferences, or large gatherings.
- Oversee event registration and attendee management, ensuring smooth operations on-site.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting attendees and addressing any issues that arise.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail to meet client specifications.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and challenges.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Preferred experience of 1+ years in floral arrangements and/or retail.
- Strong customer service background is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale systems.
- A valid driver's license is necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds overhead.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods.
