  • Conduct regular home visits to assess patient progress and provide ongoing care and support.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in MA.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

About the Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
