Patient Care Technician

DaVita is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal disease. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to our patients.
Responsibilities- Direct Patient Care: Spend the majority of your day in direct one-on-one patient care, providing safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment.
- Technician Duties: Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording stats, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
- Building Relationships: Develop long-term relationships with patients and their families, educating them on kidney dialysis-related topics.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership, to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

- Willingness to Train and Work Across Multiple Clinics: The flexibility to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed.
