- Provide care for patients with stroke and TIA, as well as post-procedural neuro cases.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient medications, including cardiac medications and stroke treatments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
